The Digital Estate Building Plans
MONTHLY RETAINER TIERS
Every plan rests on one thing: writing held to a strict standard. We do not only “put up content.” We hold every piece to a clear, plain bar, so your authority stands up with your customers, with the search engines, and with the AI tools now answering on their behalf.
ONCE-OFF ONBOARDING
applies to all new retainers
Before any retainer begins, onboarding covers:
✓ Brand voice architecture
✓ Initial keyword and topic mapping
✓ Content calendar build
✓ Full technical audit of your website
During onboarding we run a full check of your current website and tell you exactly what is needed before any ongoing work begins. Zahavah Studio reserves the right to decline a retainer where the recommended setup cannot be met.

Authority
For national or established brands needing their whole online presence managed. Covers all content, technical, and brand work. Public content is held to the brand voice on an ongoing basis. Social sharing covers reposting our articles to your social channels and Google Business Profile.
The Shared Victory Protocol: Performance Incentives
Bonuses start from month 4. A keyword must stay on Google Page 1 for two months running before a bonus is due, checked only against your own Google Search Console.

Incentive rate (per keyword)
Bonuses are capped at 100 percent of your monthly base retainer and add up across all the keyword spots you hold, up to that cap. If you keep hitting the cap, we review the base retainer at the next scheduled review.

Disclaimer: Infrastructure and Performance
Algorithmic independence: Zahavah Studio operates in full accordance with current search engine and AI platform guidelines. We do not control third-party algorithms, indexing behaviour, or LLM citation weightings. Our protocols are designed to meet and exceed current best-practice standards, but search engine behaviour remains outside the Studio’s control.
The Shared Victory Protocol: Performance incentives are calculated exclusively on objective, verifiable data from your Google Search Console. A keyword position must be held on Google Page 1 for two consecutive months before an incentive becomes payable. We guarantee the rigorous application of the Zahavah Protocol and the enforcement of Brand Authority standards, but we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings, as these are subject to external algorithmic conditions beyond the Studio’s control.
Keyword volume classification: Keyword volume thresholds are determined at onboarding based on verified search volume data and documented in your content calendar. These classifications are fixed for the duration of the engagement and may only be revised at a scheduled performance review by mutual written agreement.
Onboarding & infrastructure assessment: The once-off onboarding investment covers a full technical audit of your website, brand voice architecture, keyword and cluster mapping, and content calendar build. The findings of this audit determine the infrastructure requirements for your retainer engagement. We reserve the right to decline a retainer engagement where recommended infrastructure requirements cannot be met.
Engagement terms: All retainer engagements are ongoing strategic frameworks, not once-off projects. Article volumes are contingent on timely client access to the content management layer. Articles are produced one month in advance and submitted for client review; articles not responded to within the agreed review window are considered approved and will be published as submitted.
Collaborative responsibility: Where Zahavah Studio works alongside third-party technical teams, our responsibility is limited to the structural strategy, content architecture, and editorial standards we supply. We are not responsible for the performance, stability, or security of code or systems authored or managed by external providers.
Brand voice & distribution: Public-facing content produced under the Authority engagement is governed by the Brand Voice Architecture established during onboarding. Social media and Google Business Profile distribution is limited to the republication of Studio-produced articles to client-owned channels. Community management, paid social, advertising, and third-party platform management are outside the scope of all current retainer engagements.
All engagements are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice; fees applicable to any engagement are those confirmed in writing at the time of instruction. Results referenced in case studies reflect individual client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future performance.
